Version 1.4 of AutoRedact™ plug-in has been released. New version features a "Review and Redact" workflow functionality that provides an extremely easy-to-use multiple file redacting interface. User specifies an input (where input PDF documents are located) and output folder (where to place redacted documents) and software displays a wizard-style dialog that automatically loads documents, applies redacting markup and presents results for a review. The document is moved to the output folder once a user is satisfied with the results.

The new version features three new bookmark generation methods: from ASCII text file, from named destinations and ability to bookmark every Nth page in the selected page range. Other improvements include addition of several new batch processing commands to support new and existing functionality. New commands include: "Validate", "Create Bookmarks From Text", "Create Bookmarks From Named Destinations" and "Convert To Named Destinations". Text export now includes an option to output page numbers.

Version 1.5 of AutoBookmark™ plug-in has been officially released. Bookmark zoom type can be now changed for all bookmarks in the document to one of the following: "Fit Page", "Fit Width", "Fit Visible", "Inherit Zoom", "Actual Size", "Custom View" or "Custom Zoom". This operation provides a quick and easy way for changing zoom type for all bookmarks at once. This operation is useful when changing a document to comply with specific requirements (for example, FDA requires that all submitted documents should have bookmarks set to "Inherit Zoom"). Another new feature, "Convert To Named Destinations", automatically creates named destinations from bookmarks and adjust bookmarks to use them. Linking to a destination is recommended when linking across documents because unlike a link to a page, a link to a destination is not affected by the addition or deletion of pages within the target document. Named destinations are a great way to share the same view destinations between multiple links or bookmarks.

The most significant feature is ability to import/export input document names (along with additional parameters) from/to a comma-delimited text file. Version 1.4 of AutoBookmark™ plug-in is now available to download. The new version features two new bookmark creation methods that allow automatic bookmark generation from notes, comments and links. The software searches PDF documents for occurrences of comment and notes and creates bookmarks that point to their locations. Text content of the note or comment is used as a bookmark title. Link annotations can be automatically converted into interactive bookmarks. Text covered by a link annotation is used for a bookmark title while action is inherited from a corresponding link. Many small improvements and enhancements are included in this release.

AutoBookmark™ plug-in version 1.3 has been official released. The plug-in now features powerful "Find and Edit" functionality that allows selecting bookmarks by a title search and other attributes (such as destination types, presence of child bookmarks and actions)  and applying an editing operation. AutoBatch™ plug-in version 1.1 has been officially released. The plug-in expands Acrobat's batch processing support by allowing access to batch sequences from outside of the Adobe® Acrobat Professional® software. Existing batch sequences can be launched from a command prompt or a batch file. Software provides extra functionality for copying, moving and deleting processed PDF documents that is not found originally in Adobe Acrobat Professional®. Version 1.8 of AutoSplit plug-in is now available to download. AutoSplit batch sequences can be now started from a command line or a batch file (Pro version only). This provides a way to launch AutoSplit plug-in from outside of the Adobe® Acrobat® (more). New version supports automatic creation of HTML index file that lists all output documents and links to their locations on disk. Document index is useful when splitting a large PDF file into smaller ones for faster web access. Put this index file on your web site along with PDF documents to provide fast and convenient access to large document collections. AutoSplit™ plug-in can now automatically create folders on disk to mirror hierarchical structure of bookmarks in the PDF document. All output documents are instantly organized saving you many hours of work. Another important improvement includes ability to process bookmarks with JavaScript actions, that are commonly created by JavaScript batch sequences. Version 1.5 of AutoSplit plug-in has been released. AutoSplit product is now available in two levels: basic AutoSplit and as more powerful AutoSplit Pro package. AutoSplit Pro includes all functionality of basic package and adds support for Acrobat's batch processing framework and split by blank pages functionality. AutoSplit Pro features a new document splitting method that can automatically detect and split at scanned images of blank pages. This powerful feature can be used to split large PDF files where every page contains scanned image of the page. Software automatically recognizes blank pages (even if it contains a bit of a noise that is common for paperwork transmitted through fax machines) and automatically breaks document into multiple at these positions. Software provides a way to fine tune processing for scanned image quality.

Version 1.4 of AutoSplit plug-in for Adobe Acrobat is released. This version features new document splitting mode. It allows to split input PDF documents into multiple files at blank pages that serve as document separators. Every range of pages between blanks will be saved into separate PDF document. Blank pages will not be included into output documents. Pages should contain no PDF elements in order to be recognized as blank ones. Scanned images of blank pages can't be used as separators yet. This feature will be addressed in future releases.
