Generate System Report in Adobe® Acrobat®

Troubleshooting Plug-ins Installations

System Report

Use Menu > Help > Generate System Report menu to generate a detailed system report for the Adobe® Acrobat® installation on your computer. This option is available directly from the menu bar in Adobe Acrobat and generates a comprehensive report including:

  1. Acrobat version details
  2. Windows OS and MS Office version
  3. System environment
  4. Acrobat feature settings
  5. List of installed plug-ins, both standard and third-party ones

Select text in both sections ("System Information" and "Installed Plug-ins") of the system report dialog and copy/paste it into a plain text file or into email message to our tech support.
