Turn Menu Items On/Off

AutoBookmark plug-in provides ability to turn on/off visibility of application menu items. This allows menu customization for specific deployments that require a limited selection of menu options.

Select Plugins > Bookmarks > Preferences... from the main Adobe Acrobat menu.

Press Customize AutoBookmark menu... button to open "Customize Menu" dialog.

Click on + boxes in front of the menu items to expand/collapse the corresponding menu. Check/uncheck boxes in front of the menu items to control visibility.

Press OK button to save current menu customization and apply it to AutoBookmark menu. You would need to restart Adobe Acrobat to update application menu.

Sharing Menu Settings

Share menu customization with coworkers by saving the menu selections into a settings file. Press Save to File... button and select a desired output file. Current menu customization will be exported into *.menusettings file. Share this file with another user and load it via Load from File... button.
